Hua Jiang (Ph.D., University of Maryland) is an associate professor in the public relations department of the Newhouse School, Syracuse University. Hongmei Shen (Ph.D., University of Maryland; APR) is a professor and public relations emphasis head in the School of Journalism & Media Studies at the San Diego State University.
