David L Russell, PE is an Environmental Engineer with a backgroundin consulting and in the Chemical Industry. He has over 40 years ofexperience including 9 years in the chemical industry for Hooker,IMC Chemical and Allied Chemicals. He was an instructor through theAmerican Institute of Chemical Engineers where he taught courses inPractical Wastewater Treatment and Hazardous Materials andHazardous Wastes. Russell has lectured on security topics to theNATO Advanced Scientific Institute, and has lectured on theresponses to terrorism for the Dubai Water and Power Utility,Dubai, UAE, and taught plant security to the Securityforce for Saudi Aramco, and General IndustriesPetroleum Corporation, in Bahrain, Security Force. Lieutenant Colonel Pieter Arlow is a Senior Officerwithin the South African National Defense Force (SANDF), and hasover 30 years of experience. He is also an instructor andSenior Security Officer, and has organized and managed manysecurity projects. As an Officer of the SANDF, Lt.Col. Arlowhas expertise in risk analysis management, risk assessment,military operations management, intelligence andcounter-intelligence, terrorism and counter insurgency, forceemployment and operations and security management. Additionally hehad been appointed as the Joint Commander for national events suchas the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings and the WorldEconomic Forums and has organized security for events such as the2010 FIFA World Cup.
