After graduating with a degree in Marketing, John Barrows has spent his entire career in Sales. He has held every position in the the field--from making 400 cold calls a week as an inside sales rep to being VP of Sales for a start-up that was ultimately sold to Staples. John now trains the sales teams at some of the fastest growing companies in the world, including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Google, among many others.John wrote I Want to Be in Sales When I Grow Up! with his daughter based on their experience working together selling cookies. He hopes to elevate the profession of Sales by showing people how to do it the right way and for the right reasons.
