Author Biography:

Lashandra Hall is a short -story author, poet and award-winning novelist.She is the author of the series She and I, and The Days After. Her poetry book The Days After was inserted in the Aldine School District D.E.A.R (Drop Everything and Read) program in 2011. After the release of her novel She and I in 2013 Lashandra received congressional recognition from distinguished elected officials Sheila Jackson Lee, and Mayor Anise Parker. She was honored in the local newspaper and also awarded "Woman of the Year" award for her diligence as an Author and hard work in the community.
