Carolina G. Hernandez is Professor Emeritus of Political Science, University of the Philippines Diliman, the Philippines. Eun Mee Kim is Professor and Dean of the Graduate School of International Studies, Ewha Womans University, Republic of Korea.  Yoichi Mine is Professor in the Graduate School of Global Studies, Doshisha University, Japan. Ren Xiao is Professor in the Institute of International Studies, Fudan University, China.
