Author Biography

Robert DelCampo, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Organization Studies at the University of New Mexico; he holds the ASM Foundation Board Endowed Fellowship. DelCampo has contributed numerous articles to Managing Human Resources, a regularly updated introductory text for higher education.
