I wish my work issued backpacks like this instead of laptop satchels.

The bag is really comfortable and durable, I have been using it for riding to tech on a motorbike and it's held up flawlessly. It carries everything I need (laptop, couple schoolbooks, notes, lunch, mouse).

There are a couple minor flaws. First, the straps on the front to cinch down the bag attach with this hooked metal buckle, and they just fall out all the time. Second, the top compartment's zip is one-sided and folded over, so it's hard to get stuff in there. Third, there's a heap of extra mesh zip compartments inside which to be honest are pretty useless, and could do with being reduced in number for simplicity and to save some space.

Other than that, fantastic bag.

Great pack for school with BYOD. The pocket for your laptop is awesome, with thick padding between it and the rest of your pack's contents. Did I mention that it has heaps of room in the main compartment- And quite a few pockets and pouches in that main compartment. Really pleased, as so many of the laptop backpacks are quite expensive, and not all that roomy. I purchased the all-black version.
