Chocolate Fudge Flavour: Protein Blend (soy protein isolate, calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate), Glucose (contains perservative 220), Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, milk powder, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 492, 476), flavour), Glycerine, Honey, Cocoa, Apple Juice Concentrate, Maltodextrin, Emulsifier (soy lecithin), Flavour, Salt.

We don't use any ingredients that contain gluten in our Protein33 bar recipes. The manufacturing line does also make some products with gluten in them – the chance of any cross contamination is very remote however it is not zero.
