Optimum Timing
If you have only one serving per day, make sure it’s immediately after
training. This product is designed for up to three servings per day: have a
serve (or half serve – one to two scoops) between meals, ideally mid morning
and again mid afternoon, and one serving after your evening meal (about
60 minutes before bed)
Users new to supplementation with HUGE will need to allow time for their digestive system to adjust to the concentrated flood of nutrients. Start with a half serving per day for five days before gradually increasing to one full serving (or more) per day.
