Kenneth Bibbins, Clinical Physiologist and Disaster Subject Matter Expert- Mr. Kenneth Bibbins, Founder/CEO of PrepBiz is a New Orleans native, graduate of Tulane University, and the creator of PrepBiz. As a Clinical Physiologist and Disaster Subject Matter Expert (SME) he has a wealth of experience in disasters, emergencies, hazards, their aftermath, and disaster trauma. Mr. Bibbins has been a key member in several recovery teams after disaster incidents. He has witnessed the angst of people both young and advanced age handle disaster and worked with them to return to self-sufficiency. His hands-on experience and intimate knowledge sparked his vision of creating responsive, age-appropriate products, tools and materials that delivers information needed for good decision making for people to easily plan and avoid the mistakes which occurred during and after Hurricane Katrina.
