She completed her MBA from IIM A and a Fellowship in Leadership in management from Carnegie Mellon University, where she was awarded the prestigious Nehru Fulbright scholarship. She is also a certified Design Thinking practitioner from d-school, Stanford University. With over a decade of experience working with Cognizant Technology Solutions, she managed complex domain-intensive engagements, ramping teams from 5 to 560 in less than 6 months. In 2015, Sirisha was recognized as one of the "Global Emerging Transformation Leaders" by Training Magazine in the US.Since 2017, Sirisha has been working on culture building, organization design, and people strategy consulting, with a focus on driving 10X growth for her clients. She specializes in business leadership, strategic alignment, culture building, organization design, driving strategy to execution, leadership development, and driving innovation. Her expertise and experience have helped become Align By Design a sought-after partner for leaders who want to empower their companies through strategic alignment. Harish is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with a background in engineering, innovation, and culture building. He has studied at the College of Engineering, Pune and MDI Gurgaon, and has worked with several top companies, including Infosys, Cognizant, and BMC Software, in consulting, marketing and project management roles.In 2014, Harish co-founded Choose To Thinq, boutique agency that helps individuals and teams build future relevance. He has been instrumental in helping companies like VMware and IDeaS - a SAS company build a culture of intrapreneurship and pursuit of excellence.In addition to his work with Global Captive Centres, Harish has also worked extensively with leadership teams in SMEs.
