My cat loves it! It's quite noisy but she soon got use to the noise and was intent on catching it! No English instructions but easy one button to operate, has 3 different settings but I'm not sure the difference between 2. Overall one very entertained kitty!
I highly recommend this toy for keeping your furry friends occupied. My cat will spend ages chasing the little feather, sometimes even pushing it across the room. All I have to do is push button every 8 minutes, and watch her go!
