Description

Alastair Hendy, style guru and former Sunday Times cook, gives us the food we love to eat at home with this up-to-the-minute cookery 'bible'. From fry-ups and Spag Bol, to exotic Pad Thai and Treacle Pudding, he conjures up memorable flavours and gives them a sophisticated twist. Relive the eggy bread, thick custard and Sunday roasts of your childhood. Perfect your own Christmas dinner and, if you're feeling adventurous, invent the next trend on toast. Elegant, edgy and full of recipes for the twenty-first century, HOME COOK adds a touch of brilliance to adored, classic food.
