When Canadian Dani Collins found romance novels in high school she wondered how one trained for such an awesome job. She wrote for over two decades without publishing, but remained inspired by the romance message that if you hang in there you'll find a happy ending. In May of 2012, Harlequin Presents bought her manuscript in a two-book deal. She's since published more than forty books with Harlequin and is definitely living happily ever after. Emmy's interest in romance can be traced back to her love of Nancy Drew books, when she tried to solve the mysteries of her favorite detective while rereading the romantic chapters with Ned Nickerson. Over 20 years later, Harlequin Presents made her dream come true by offering her a contract for her first book. When she isn't writing, she's chasing her son, feeding her menagerie of fur babies or carving out a little time on her front porch with her firefighter hubby.
