Author Biography:

Leo Tan Wee Hin is the director of the National Institute of Education and professor of biological sciences at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to this, he was director of the Singapore Science Center. He has a Ph.D in marine biology from the University of Singapore. He has published widely in international refereed journals on a diverse range of research interests, including those on science centers and e-learning . R. Subramaniam is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Education in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to this he was Acting Head of Physical Sciences at the Singapore Science Center. He has a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Salford. He has published widely in international refereed journals on a diverse range of research interests, including those on science centers and e-learning.
