Ain't ever going back to a crappy $100 chair again
I’m not sure if my chair is faulty – hopefully it is because this is not good enough for a chair this price – but the arm rests are terrible. They can be raised but as soon as you touch them they just fall down again. Also the back tilting adjustment knob makes a crackling, “sticky” sound when winding it (not sure if this is normal) but it does nothing to change the back tension. So I’m very disappointed in this chair. It’s much cheaper quality than I expected. 2 stars because the mesh is comfy, the back support is good and the frame and casters are solid.
