This is all-round a pretty decent chair. Very comfortable, the back/lumbar support is great – which is the main thing I was after, the mesh back is breathable – a plus in the summer heat, the reclining works well, and the controls for that and height being in the armrests seemed naff, but is actually quite nice in practice. I do have some minor quibbles – the headrest is a little too easy to push out of position by resting my head on it (which is what it's for, surely) and the seat cushion is firmer at the back than the front, which leads to it feeling like it's tilted slightly forwards when sitting in it – and that angle of the seat part is one of the few things that's not adjustable. The method for raising the back of the chair is by lifting it – it “clicks” into place at 3 different heights, then lift further to the 4th click and it will fall back to the bottom. Unfortunately getting up out of the chair my bum pushes it up a bit, and since I like to have it set at the highest setting, this results it in resetting to the lowest. The solution to that is to get out of the chair less, so it's a good thing that is is quite comfortable for long seated periods. Overall quite satisfied.
