Dave Thompson is the author of over 150 books, including co-written autobiographies with Eddie and Brian Holland, Sylvain Sylvain (New York Dolls), Walter Lure (the Heartbreakers), Nik Turner (Hawkwind) and Judy Dyble (Fairport Convention). His work has appeared in numerous magazines, including Rolling Stone, Alternative Press, Mojo, Q, Melody Maker, Goldmine and Record Collector.
