I purchased this chair mainly to use for my home office. It's more than adequately constructed and was easy to assemble. It's solid and the gas strut is strong. My main gripe is I've been finding it a little uncomfortable. Now that's likely down to me and my personal preferences as I tend to be seated at my desk for extended periods, and I suspect a specific office chair would have been better. That's not the chair's fault. Definitely mine!
