The cable worked for about 9 months but now causes audio to only play audio one side or not at all depending on positioning of the cable. It's not an issue with headphones and the cable was treated well. It works but I wouldn't recommend it as a long term solution.
Create a buzzing in my headphones, and and even worse buzzing in my microphone. Removing the splitter removes the buzzing. Got a different splitter and no buzz.
It does as needed, the cord is a nice length that IÂ desperately needed for my headset and there are no issues with sound quality or connectivity!
