One of the nicer… “specialised” breads. Because I live alone, I use only half the pack of mix at a time (and half the other needed ingredients of course) and I bake it in my airfryer. Works a treat. Then I let it cool completely before slicing it and keeping it in the fridge. Very tasty bread.
