Author Biography:

Eduardo Missoni has decades-long experience in international development cooperation, and is currently adjunct professor at the Bocconi University and SDA-Bocconi School of Management, at the Milano-Bicocca University, and at the Medical School of the University of Pavia, Italy. He is also a member of the Faculty of the Geneva School of Diplomacy, and has teaching duties at the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Guglielmo Pacileo is a senior physician at the Management Directorate of the Alessandria Local Health Authority, and an adjunct professor at SDA-Bocconi School of Management, Italy. He also holds teaching duties at the Medical School of the University of Pavia, Italy. Fabrizio Tediosi is Group Leader for Health Policy and System Research at the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health of the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, and Privat Dozent (Associate Professor) at the University of Basel.
