Author Biography:

Karin Aggestam is Pufendorf Chair Professor at Lund University, visiting professor at Monash University and honorary professor at University of Queensland. Ann Towns is Associate Professor in political science at the University of Gothenburg and a Wallenberg Academy Fellow.
