Previously, she was a Product Developer with Televitesse Systems Inc., an affiliate of Newbridge Networks. As well, she was a CBC journalist, Associate Producer and writer for national TV and radio programs including Quirks and Quarks, The National, Undercurrents, and Newsworld International. She has addressed audiences in Canada, Europe, and Asia on the topic of the Internet and New Media, and is published in professional journals and popular media such as the Globe and Mail and The Toronto Star.
