Author Biography:

Al Polson spent twenty-five years in Corporate America with a career growth to being a top executive with multiple Fortune 500 companies. He was responsible for large staffs of people and budgets. After that time, he started his own executive recruiting firm specializing in all salary hiring for the manufacturing industry all over the US and abroad. His company grew to one of the most successful in the industry. He and his company interviewed and worked with thousands of companies and interviewed thousands of job seekers. He has written and presented numerous training sessions on recruiting and hiring. He was an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia for many years. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from the University of Richmond.
