Author Biography:

Andrew Sharman holds masters degrees in international health and safety law and in organizational behaviour. His experience spans more than one hundred countries across five continents and he has guided global business leaders in their commitment to zero accidents across a range of industries, including power generation and supply, FMCG, heavy engineering and manufacturing. Andrew is Vice Chairman of IOSH, the world's largest professional health and safety membership organization, with 44,000 members globally.
