However, there is good news. These emotions and negative feelings can be overcome and you have the strength within yourself to conquer it all and to break free. I want to share my story with you. A story of how I broke free from the chains of guilt and shame, and found peace. We all deserve to enjoy life, find happiness and, be able to love and trust ourselves and whom we have become as adults.
