We have it on old carpet/underlay and the feet still leave the unit more unstable then I would like. Have made the single middle leg face the opposite direction recommended as would rather cabinet fall into the wall then forward and over. 55 inch tv and speaker but overall pleased with my purchase.
Way too much work without a drill – holes are incomplete. Also reversed the middle leg as others mentioned.
Huge entertainment unit, definitely easier to put together with a drill. Saw another review stating to put the middle leg facing opposite way as it was a little unstable as directed. We also put the middle leg the opposite way for more stability which worked well.
