Author Biography:

Christian Hasselberg is a Data Analytics Manager and F-15 IMIS Program Manager at a large company. He leads the team in identifying aircraft health management cost savings opportunities. He also leads a software development program in delivering automated flight diagnostics tools for U.S and international customers worldwide. He is adept at turning around struggling teams, bringing people together for business results. Previously, Christian operated as a senior System Engineering Manager leading the aircraft health management program execution with over 50 reports. He reduced costs, improved first time quality, and improved employee satisfaction by implementing mindset and behavior change, Lean+ and customer care. He consulted on several turn-around projects to help struggling team achieve results. Christian also held several positions at Raytheon Missile Systems including Software Engineering Manager, Integrated Product Team Leader and Principal Software Engineer. He developed and maintained test and support equipment for missile programs and has implemented process improvements that increased quality and reduced development and support costs using Six Sigma. Christian served in the US Navy as an Intelligence Officer, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander, serving aboard an aircraft carrier and at a joint command. His analytical thinking skills from these assignments has shaped his ability to see and resolve problems in unique ways. Christian has an MBA from the University of Arizona, an M.A. in Computer Information Systems from Webster University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Idaho. Christian is licensed to facilitate the Arbinger Institute principles of Mindset change in his organization and has held several seminars that have received #1 acclaim. Christian is a graduate of the two-year Raytheon Engineering Leadership Development program. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and a licensed Real Estate broker who enjoys fixing up houses. Christian has earned exemplary employee engagement scores, and his teams earned company-wide ATLAS awards. Christian led his team to earn a CMMI level 3 rating and has numerous awards and military medals. He is President of the Boeing Leadership Association in St. Louis and is President of the Boeing Employee Bicycle Club. Christian also authored his first book entitled, "Frantic Leadership." He is the race director for the Tour De Donut, which is ranked #29 most interesting bike race in America, has completed hundred mile bike rides and completed the Marine Corps marathon.
