Author Biography:

Francesco Clemente is a contemporary artist who lives and works in New York City, Rome, and Madras, India. His works have been the subject of major solo exhibitions worldwide, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Dia Art Foundation, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and the Centre Pompidou.
