Description

As a boy, Tony Fernandes wanted to be a pilot, a racing driver or a footballer. By 2011 he'd gone one better- building his own airline, buying an F1 team and becoming Chairman of Queens Park Rangers. Flying High is the long-awaited memoir of an exceptional leader; the man who created Asia's first budget airline, democratizing air travel in Asia and turning AirAsia into a multi-billion-dollar company in the process. The book shares Tony Fernandes' journey and life lessons, from his key business principles and turning points to his response to the Flight 8501 tragedy. Published as he returns as the face of the second series of Apprentice Asia, this inspiring personal story will be a major global publishing event.
