Author Biography:

Jennifer Saltz Bullock is a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment Department. Ms. Bullock represents state and national employers at the trial and appellate levels in labor and employment litigation, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, family and medical leave, whistleblower, workers compensation retaliation, and wage and hour. She also represents employers in investigations of employee charges and complaints by administrative agencies. Ms. Bullock counsels employers on issues such as internal investigations, discipline, performance evaluations, hiring and termination procedures. Ms. Bullock is a regular contributor to the firm's labor and employment law blog, BeLabor the Point.
