They unite to battle a villain who is trying to disrupt Bible history. In the first book of the series FLOOD, Josh Davidson's dad, Edison, has created a time travel backpack that is stolen by the evil Dr. Bales, who uses it to travel to Noah's day to sink the ark! Josh and his newfound friends, with the help of Big Mike, an operative with a secret, covert organization, follow Dr. Bales to stop him before all of humanity (and nature) is completely destroyed. THE SEVEN carefully follows biblical history and even throws in some archaeology to show the truth behind the Bible. Every book has a secret code adventurers can decipher, testing to see how carefully they are reading.

Author Biography:

Troy Schmidt is an author and television writer for Disney, ABC, Nickelodeon, Thomas Nelson and Lifeway. He has written for Max Lucado's "Hermie and Friends" series and was a writer/producer on "The American Bible Challenge" with Jeff Foxworthy for the Game Show Network. His other book titles include "Release," "Saved," "40 Days," "Chapter by Chapter" plus an entire Praying Through the Bible series. He also wrote "This Means War" and "Revealed" based on the movies of Alex & Stephen Kendrick, and "Fish Sandwiches" published by NavPress. Troy is a pastor and the Director of Communications at Family Church in Windermere, Florida. Dan has spent over two decades creating, publishing, and marketing products for kids through teens including the successful Max Lucado's Hermie and Friends, Read and Share Bible Stories, Sheila Walsh's Gigi: God's Little Princess and Priscilla Shier's Prince Warrior series. Dan currently owns Brentwood Press LLC and also runs the non-profit The Bible for Kids. Dan is passionate about reaching kids with the gospel message and is an avid reader of material targeted to this demographic.
