Fitbit makes it easy to track your blood oxygen levels so you can learn when there may be an important change in your well-being. Note: Feature is called “SpO2” on device, but “blood oxygen” is more approachable. Ideally try to use both to teach users they’re the same thing.
• Skin temperature – Tracking your skin temperature variation can help you spot changes that may be related to fever, menstrual cycle, activity, sleep environment & more.
• RESTING HEART RATE – Resting heart rate is a general indicator of your overall fitness—the lower it is, the stronger your heart. If you see a sudden increase, consider rehydrating and resting.
