Author Biography:

Christopher Martin is a school psychologist, husband, father, and an award-winning author who has lived with multiple debilitating chronic illnesses for 25 years. As a result, he knows all too well how disruptive and life-changing they can be to our daily lives. He wrote Finding Joy because not enough books exist that offer comprehensive, practical guidance on chronic illness. Christopher enjoyed integrating his background in psychology with his experiences as a patient into easy-to-understand and apply strategies. His deepest hope in writing Finding Joy is to inspire the reader to live a more abundant life. Subinoy Das, MD, FACS, FARS, is CEO and director of the US Institute for Advanced Sinus Care & Research. A leading national surgeon, Dr. Das has received multiple America's Best Doctors awards, and he has been voted as one of the nation's top 5% of surgeons. His National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded research was awarded the 2013 Fowler Award (a top research award in otolaryngology) for his work on detecting the cause of sinus infections. Dr. Das suffers from chronic sinusitis following a baseball injury and suboptimal surgery.
