My name is DeAnna Kennedy and I love business, I always have. In particular, I love retail business. My entrepreneurial heritage, generations of it and 25 years of my own entrepreneurial experiences, have resulted in a very busy consulting business for entrepreneurs. A little history: I grew up in retail. My parents carved out a Texaco gas, bait & tackle business in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with 5 kids in tow. My parents also happened to be my first employers, that's what happens in an entrepreneurial family. My grandmother, owned a country bar in the middle of Wisconsin, was my second employer. After High School graduation, and also loving music, I created my own 7 piece band, traveling as far as I could. I quickly learned how to buy and sell name acts such as George Strait among others for conventions and fairs using my band as the opening act. I then built a 16 track recording studio, writing and recording jingles for businesses and other recording artists. All of these experiences very rich in retail. I moved to St Paul, MN to build a wholesale manufacturing company. I designed and manufactured my own line of products, managing a first rate sales team to sell products to retail shops across America. One product in particular, brought in $55,000 in sales the first two weeks of launch. This product also found its way to the White House Christmas tree. Four years later, I added a series of large retail brick & mortar shops, bringing them to million dollar successes with major branded products for over 15 years. The Online Storefront is a direct result of these experiences. I currently live in St Paul, MN with my family on the very beautiful Mississippi River.
