Author Biography:

Richard Sutton is the owner of PDQ Management, LLC and the founder of The Amari Academy, Inspirational Speaker. In addition, he is the creator of the 1000 Black Men Movement. The 1000 Black Men is a community outreach organization where men unite to make a positive impact on the youth. Richard's expertise and experience extend 10 plus years in the banking and finance industry. Richard Sutton is a dynamic speaker who has the ability to captivate his audiences with his witty spirit, positive energy and enthusiasm. From the moment he takes the stage, Richard's energy engages the audience. His passion for what he does is evident and his humor, paired with his fast-paced delivery style, help make the time fly while leaving a lasting impression. His vision is to empower and inspire children and adults through education. His goal is to equip them with the tools necessary for financial freedom and success. Richard is a new author, penning to paper his experiences of overcoming obstacles and personal limitations. The title of his upcoming book is "Fear of becoming a man."
