When a young woman inherits the family estate where she grew up, she travels to the remote, run-down mansion to clear it out for sale. But Karen (Gina Philips from Jeepers Creepers) will soon discover that she is not alone on the property…and not prepared for the strange events about to unfold.
As fond childhood memories give way to bizarre nightmares, Karen finds herself trapped with the property’s strange caretaker (creepily played by Tom Sizemore from Black Hawk Down) and trapped in a house that seems to be feeding on her greatest fears.
