Author Biography:

Julie Jones is a trained chef with a devoted Instagram following. She has appeared on TV and radio - on BBC's Yes Chef with Pierre Koffman, ITV's Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear and BBC R4's The Food Programme. In 2018 she won the Observer Food Monthly Best Instagram Feed and Waitrose Food Magazine has named her as one of the UK's most influential bakers. She is an inspirational force in the kitchen and her supper clubs sell out months in advance.
