Mark Scullard, Ph.D. is responsible for product development, research strategies, and data analysis. He has over a decade of research and data analysis experience developing psychological evaluation tools and methods. He is also co-author of the book, The 8 Dimensions of Leadership (Berrett-Kohler, 2011) and The Work of Leaders (Wiley, 2013). His research has been published in both academic and trade journals, and he has also given research presentations at numerous national and local professional conferences. He resides in Minneapolis, MN. Dabney Baum, Ed.D. serves as a research analyst, evaluating the validity, reliability and usability of Wiley’s professional development assessments to ensure that they meet the industry’s highest standards. In addition, she supports the development of research-related communications and she facilitates the development and implementation of a variety of learning activities and facilitator resources. She resides in Minneapolis, MN.
