Author Biography:

Ken Blanchard is the coauthor of The One Minute Manager (R) and fifty other books, including the New York Times business bestsellers Gung Ho! and Raving Fans. His books have combined sales of more than eighteen million copies in more than twenty-seven languages. He is the chief spiritual officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, a full-service global management training and development company that he and his wife, Dr. Marjorie Blanchard, founded in 1979. Don Shula has led the Miami Dolphins to five Super Bowl appearances and the Baltimore Colts to one--more than any other head coach in the NFL. Sports Illustrated magazine named Shula its 1993 Sportsman of the Year in honor of his becoming the winningest coach in HFL history. Coach Shula announced his retirement in January, 1996, after 25 years as head coach of the Dolphins.
