Ms. Chen is the author of Practice Guide of Overseas Banks’Cross-border Financing and Guarantee to Chinese Enterprises, Practice Guide and Legal Analysis of Cross-border Financing of Chinese Enterprises, and has participated in editing many monograph on law. Ms. Chen also lectures at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Law Association, Taiwan Financial Research and Training Institute, Head office of banks in Taiwan, and delivers speeches at various large-scale seminars.
