Tifani Kaye Wilhelm is from Prescott, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science. After she raised five wonderful children in the Towns of St. Johns and Gilbert Arizona and the City of Shanghai China, she went back to Arizona State University and earned her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She currently works as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Phoenix Children's Hospital Dr. LaVerl H. Wilhelm earned his Ph.D. at Brigham Young University in 1978. His dissertation was a search for the best way to establish a relationship with a child. What resulted became known as Special Time and has become a legacy for his family. This program first became used by Dr. Wilhelm and his wife Linda with their nine children. His son Vaughn was so touched by the memories and bonds he had with his parents because of Special Time, he wanted to pass the tradition on to his children. He and his wife Tifani shared these Special Time principles with their 5 children and are excited for their children to pass them on to their children. Dr. LaVerl H.
