Description

Eli isn't your typical German Shorthaired Pointer. He discovers early on that he doesn't enjoy the usual Pointer activities. Joining in his mom's yoga classes, Eli learns to stay present and grounded through his breath, to honour his true self, and he learns to let his light shine brightly. Join us as Eli shares what he has learned about finding his Zen while being mindful on his red yoga mat.

Author Biography:

Ginette grew up in Thessalon with her parents, John and Gail, and her four big brothers, Terry, Scott, Jay and Nevin. She now lives on the beautiful St. Joseph Channel, Lake Huron, with her family: Brian, Shaymus, Erika, Drew and Sierra, and her sweet pup, Eli. She is a nurse, yoga instructor and reiki master. For years, Ginette has been a natural wellness seeker and healer. She earned her 200-Hour Yoga Instructor Certification with Lea Jylha at Sault Hot Yoga in 2017, and her Reiki Master Practitioner at The Healing Loft with Anne-Marie Caicco in 2020.Eli was born on April 2, 2011. He comes from a long line of champion hunters, but decided to follow his own path and become a yogi and zen master. He loves joining his mom's yoga classes by the lake and even has his own red mat. He can often be found hanging out on the dock, soaking up the sun while surrounded by butterflies, unicorns and dragonflies.
