I really love doing these routines, especially the relaxation one after work. The stretches are great. I can feel my body getting stronger with each session, and I always feel relaxed and sleep well after doing it. The presenter gives clear instructions. If I could be critical I'd say the instructions are almost too dumbed down, but on the bright side this doesn't leave much room for error. I also like it how you can hear him breathing and mimic his breath during the practice.
