You get what you pay for… Works perfectly EXCEPT do not recommend this product for seniors or the elderly whose fingers are not all that nimble… Difficult to get the pill containers out and then also hard to open the lid of the container (must have good eyesight).
It’s clear when you get this that it’s cheaply made, mine had two H buttons and no M for example. It still operated fine for about a week, however I came home to find the alarm sounding endlessly. It won’t stop no matter what buttons are pressed and the screen is blank. All I could do was remove the battery and request a refund. Don’t waste your time.
