CHARLES MARSHALL has put his leadership expertise to practice in management roles in the commercial Pharmaceutical sector and the NHS. With over twenty years' track record as a senior business manager and director, leadership development has played a key role in his ongoing work. He has run leadership development programmes at all levels in organisations. IAN MUNRO has worked at board level for over 20 years as an operating and main board director, as a non-executive director and as a consultant, coach and mentor.
