Author Biography:

Ariel Salleh's ideas are widely debated in ecopolitics and environmental ethics. She is currently a researcher in Political Economy at the University of Sydney and a co-editor of Capitalism Nature Socialism. A seasoned activist, she has held academic appointments at New York University, the Institute of Women's Studies, Manila, and the University of Western Sydney. She is the author of Ecofeminism as Politics (1997).
