This session IPA is a beer that has both a large amount of flavour and aroma, seems high in alcohol, but has a low ABV. Brewing a beer that is both large and small is tricky to say the least. The malt bill and mash is key, included is a range of dextrinous malts and oats and a mash schedule that, apart from the beta glucan rest, targets alpha amylase. The hops are mainly loaded towards the copper and limiting the dry hop amount to help retain body while giving a flavourful and aromatic beer.
