e-Quals is a range of new qualifications to be offered by City & Guilds from September 2002. It has been developed for anyone who wants to improve their IT skills. There are a range of levels both for the user and for the practitioner. This text aims to provide the student of e-Quals Level 2 Diploma for IT Users, everything they require to pass.
